I recently transformed a trailer I bought for just $100 in Lewiston, Idaho. In just a few days, I sanded it down, installed new brackets and support braces for the bunks, and carpeted them. After applying a fresh coat of black paint, I also wired new lights, a new winch, and a new jack. These modifications have transformed the trailer into an excellent fit for my 14-foot Jon boat.
